Waterblock Gloves
After the supplier in Greece closed their doors, we managed the project to get a new factory up and running in Taiwan. This involved a product redesign and extensive testing to ensure the gloves met customer expectations.
Maple and Walnut Bowls
My company designed and manufactured these bowls for high end retailers such as Crate and Barrel and Wiliams Sonoma. The demand far outpaced the supply and the company needed to add capacity in multiple years.
Bathroom Vanities
We led the start up of a complete line of bathroom vanities from a factory in Indonesia. These products are sold online to companies like Wayfair and Houzz.
Stainless Steel
While stationed in China, led a team of merchandisers in custom manufacturing of stainless steel and plastic items. Categories included flatware, small kitchen electrics, tools and gadgets.
